Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is now seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives. The candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
Position Hours: 7am-3pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and efficiently multitask duties in a fast-paced environment.
Work under pressure while dealing with a variety of challenges and personalities.
Communicate effectively with guests, outside businesses, and with multiple departments within the hotel.
Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs.
Handle cash and credit cards.
Respond to phone calls and take reservations.
Anticipate and deliver upon guest needs and issues.
Help resolve guest complaints patiently, effectively, and tactfully.
Retrieve guest mail, faxes, and packages.
Protect privacy of guests and colleagues at all times.
Be a flexible, reliable team player willing to make oneself available to cover shifts or be backup help when needed.
