Hey I'm subleasing my room in a 4x4 unit . Monthly rent: $465. It's a one bedroom with your own private bathroom. It comes with a flat screen TV in room already mounted on the wall, a full size bed, and two medium sized closets. It's a quiet, pretty chill place. My roommates are ever hardly home. IF you decide to move in, there is a onetime sublet fee of $250, which I would be glad to negotiate.
