East Anchorage Overnight Residential This listing is the fee for one room, with a shared bathroom which during peak season runs 70$ a night, rooms with their own bathrooms run 98$ a night and the entire 5 bedroom house can be reserved at 375$ a night. Contact for available dates and if you need help meeting your budget you are welcome to ask for price breaks. When using this services dialog placing this reservation it is only reserving one room. The rental fee for the full house per night is $375 US. The 7th night is half off when rented on a weekly basis. The price is a discount from individual room rental fees. This house has two rooms with their own bathrooms and three rooms with a shared bath. House sleeps 10 people if you wish to reserve more then one room with shared bath, room with its own bathroom or the entire house please message us for a quote and instructions on reserving. Its nice to be able to slip away. Cost is a factor for many and the feeling of home style comforts. The safe feel of a house vs a hotel. This listing is offering you something affordable, to be able to cook your own food, curl up in your bed in an at home feel. Nothing fancy, just clean, safe and the nightly rate w its self sufficient accommodations to make thing affordable, less obtrusive. Personal transportation or the public transportation that is available at the front door will take you to what you want to see or work obligations. If your not spending your days in your hotel room why would you pay the extra cash for a views or a high rise floor you wont be using. This is a house with 5 individual private rooms. Each private room has a queen size bed and is rented out "individually". A numeric dead bolt on front door into a split level house. Lower level has three rooms that share a bathroom. Upper level has two bedrooms with their own baths in the rooms. The kitchen/livingroom/laundry is common space. Each room has its own door lock, tv/dish and house is wired with wifi. Sitting quietly in a safe nationhood this rental has 5 rooms to rent. Most convenient to families, temporary work assignments, a means to relax, cook your own food and keep your over head low while visiting family, in town for medical, temporary work or transition from one living space to the next. There is private and safe parking along with a public bus transportation pick up stop in front of the house. Residence has all shopping/restaurant/movie theaters and military bases in the immediate area. There is no maid services, no continental breakfast each morning. We come in several times a week to clean up after check outs and if check in assistance is needed. We also come in to randomly clean common areas but we ask that you maintain common courtesy to the house hold and pick up after yourself. Meaning your dishes, counters and common living/laundry area. And if you are in a bedroom that shares a bathroom please think of others. There are not maid services. You are responsible for maintaining your own space.
