I have a spare bedroom in my basement. It includes a closet that has been designed with shelves for storage and hooks for hanging belts and sweatshirts. I have a book shelf that can stay in the room if needed/wanted. The bathroom next door is recently updated: Pedestal sink, new towel rods, storage shelves above the toilet, new flooring, and new paint. I would prefer a female renter over a male and will need references. All utilities are included in the $550/month rent. I do have a cat, but she stays upstairs. Must be aware of this however.
